Terms of use
The service
TadaaGift lets you create and privately share an Advent calendar of photos, GIFs, video references and optional messages. Recipient days become available according to server time and the calendar's time zone. Creator Preview can display filled cases before their opening date.
Using TadaaGift
You can create, publish and receive a gift as a guest. Signing in by email, Apple or Google is optional. A linked account can recover published gifts; unpublished drafts and their photographs remain on the device. Keep your original files. A private invitation can be forwarded by anyone who receives it: share it only with people you choose.
Publishing and sharing
Before publishing, check the content, recipient, dates, time zone and crop. Availability is determined by the server. An available day is revealed through a voluntary action. Its content is frozen at its availability date. Send the invitation link only to the people you want to give the calendar to.
Your content
You retain your rights to the content you add. You must have the necessary rights and permissions, particularly for images of other people and children. You authorize Eclozion to host, technically adapt and display this content solely to provide the service to authorized recipients. Do not add unlawful content or content that infringes privacy or the rights of others.
Photos and external services
The saved crop changes how a photograph is presented. External GIFs and videos depend on their providers and may change or become unavailable. An ad-free TadaaGift purchase only removes TadaaGift advertisements; it does not control advertisements or terms applied by an external service.
Leaving the service
You can request deletion of your account and data from Settings. Deleting a calendar you created removes that gift for its recipients. Photos already exported to an external photo library are not deleted. Your statutory rights remain applicable; no clause limits them.

For a difficulty, unlawful content or a request: contact@eclozion.fr. Significant changes to these terms must be communicated before they take effect. French law applies without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections available to them.
