Optional purchases when available
A purchase is offered only when the native store and service make it available. These are one-time rights tied to a calendar: a gift without TadaaGift ads for its recipients, gift Plus for additional designs and no TadaaGift ads, or personal ad removal for one recipient on that calendar. There is no subscription. A right on one calendar is not a permanent app-wide upgrade.
Price and payment
The native Apple or Google store shows the localized total price and confirms payment before the purchase is completed. Store payment conditions apply. No charge is made solely by signing in or choosing a design. If no offer is available, no purchase can be made. Pending payments, verification and refunds can affect when the corresponding right is available.
Your statutory rights
Applicable consumer rights, conformity guarantees and withdrawal rights are preserved. Signing in is not a waiver. Any valid agreement to immediate supply of digital content and any consequence for withdrawal must be presented at the purchase step where applicable. For a payment problem or refund, use Apple/Google purchase support and contact us with the store product or transaction reference, without bank-card details.
Questions and disputes
Contact contact@eclozion.fr about an offer or complaint. French law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection in your country. These terms do not create a right to a product that is unavailable or promise features beyond the purchased calendar scope.
