Email contact@eclozion.fr for help with TadaaGift, an invitation, a purchase or your data. Describe the problem and, if useful, your device, system and app version. Never send a password, one-time sign-in code or private session token. Sending personal photographs is not required.

Personal data requests

For access, correction, deletion or an objection, mention TadaaGift and the request. Only information reasonably needed to identify and verify the relevant account/session will be requested. You can request deletion here without reinstalling the app; account sign-in is not required to email us.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, portability and restriction and, depending on the processing, object or withdraw consent. Write to contact@eclozion.fr, mentioning TadaaGift. We respond within the statutory time limits, normally one month, and may request proportionate verification of your identity. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL: cnil.fr.
