Delete your account and data

From the app

Open Settings > Data and privacy > Delete my account and data, then confirm the displayed instruction. This option also applies to a guest session. Created calendars are removed for recipients; your membership/opening data is removed from received gifts. Copies already exported to a photo library are not deleted. An unresolved store payment may need to be settled before deletion can complete.

Without reinstalling TadaaGift

Email contact@eclozion.fr using the button below and request deletion of your TadaaGift account and associated data. Give the account email if you linked one, or enough information to locate the relevant guest use. We will request only proportionate verification; never send passwords or one-time codes. This page does not require sign-in, a purchase or app installation.

Delete selected data and keep your account

Open a calendar you created in the studio, open its top options, choose “Delete this calendar” and confirm. The calendar and its uploaded photos become unavailable to recipients; your account is kept. Calendar deletion may wait for an ongoing purchase to be resolved. To request deletion of other selected data, email contact@eclozion.fr, identify the calendar or data concerned and say you wish to keep your account. Never send a password or one-time code. The retention periods and exceptions below also apply.

What deletion means

Local drafts remain until you delete them. Published calendars and access rights remain while needed to provide the service, until deletion. Deletion immediately revokes access. Removed uploaded media remains inaccessible in private storage for eight days before scheduled cleanup; the current D1 recovery window is seven days. Technical, fraud-prevention, transaction replay-protection and legally required records can be retained where needed for those purposes; no fixed deletion deadline is promised for them.
